Breakfast day two

Yes, everything that went wrong scored dropped ... whew ... I left side holidaysbut I'll try again, I need to reset the fields kilo per week in order to meet the weight NG as I wish…
Food for today:
Z. 1 egg, a slice of brown bread, coffee with milk.
O. cabbage rolls 2 pieces.
W. salad, cheese.
