Spaetzle-beef Vegetable

Plant Spaetzle in beef and veal

1 chopped red pepper
1/4 red onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1/3 in carrot shreds, (bought packed)
1 tsp olive oil
1 can beef broth
2 tbsp, can't believe its not butter

Saute vegetables in olive oil until tender. Add broth and bring to the boil.Reduce to make sauce.Add butter to zatagat just prior to the addition of spaetzle.

3 c flour
water 1 1/4-1 1/2 in
2 eggs
1 tbsp dried mixed herbs fall
1 tbsp onion powder

Mix dry ingredients, then stir with water and eggs to form a soft dough. Drop using spaetzle maker in rapid boiling salted water, allow it to boil for 3 minutes.

Add to sauce, toss to coat of arms.

I agree, diets, exercise are pain is pain is pain for me walking. how to make these days? your diet healthy looks like this time a new picture yet?
