Clif Bar Banana Nut Bread Bar

Clif Bar Banana Nut BreadAs I add to my stash of nutrition bars, I purchased a pair of Clif bars to try. A black Clif Maple Nut bar (delicious), and another was Clif Bar Banana nut bread bar.

Clif describes this as, "what happens when the bananas, chocolate chips and crunchy walnuts get friendly."My description would be a totally delicious nutty, chewy, bananas-y joy. Although this is not exactly like the banana bread taste-it is a bit too sweet for-it is still a delicious, tasty interpretation.

I picked up a bar to $ 1.89 in local health food store., this is a perfect swap for banana nut bread? not quite., it is enough to be delicious dessert? Yes!Clif Maple Nut bar is just tasty and has the same number of calories, but there is 1 gram more fiber and protein, as well as 2 grams less sugar, so I would probably buy this variety more often than this.

But since the Calorie count in Clif bars is a little high, I book these pillars for the days when there is some intense working out going on.
