Portabello Burgers

Portabello "Burgers"

This recipe is adapted from the one I saw on TV show of Oliver Twist, may be diets, but I still love my FoodTV. This give many ideas, and this is the recipe that comes along only just over 15 minutes.

Pre-heating above to 400 degrees.

Strip leaves of fresh rosemary long stem and Chop. Strip leaves a few stalks thyme--about 2 tsp. Chop 2 large or 3 medium cloves of garlic.Chop onion for 2-3. all in food processor with 4 oz toss, "I can't believe its not butter light and process until it forms a nice smooth mixture.

Washing 4 good average portabello lids clean and remove the stems Center. Butter mixture is spread evenly over the inside of each of the hat and is placed on a cooking sheet. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.

While baking, take 4 bulkie rolls & piece found high fiber, low fat, if you can.Meijer low fat bulkies are good.I discovered that the Hannaford Brand bulkies also 2 points for Coke, so that I bought from onions.Spread good quality dijon mustard on half of each bun (I used my favorite champagne garlic mustard).Wash 8 leaves of romaine lettuce and split in half. four half will be for each sandwich.

When the mushrooms prepared and lightweight caps, cool place at a time from the bottom half of each bun.Top with 4 lettuce leaves half and press the upper half of the bun. additional oil will be ignored. enjoy! Makes 4 sandwiches.

Soak in the Aroma of herbs while cooking Cap mushrooms and a good amount of butter soaks and also goes beyond the many not the oil is still in it when you eat, they have an excellent flavour, texture and are low in items. Yum!
