After a small break (but not stall), were forbidden foods, but gluttony, and in small quantities, so AGAIN IN THE BATTLE WITH EXTRA KG! this morning I started with Apple-carrot unloading (plan on three days it stretch) and then to regular food, natural sugar, fried and flour! All of good mood! and normal otvesikySmile
