Clif Maple Nut Bar

Clif Maple Nut BarAfter reading Clif Lemon vanilla & cashew nectar of journal bar Emily, I knew that the next time that I me my stash of nutrition bar top I was going to include some ClIf Bars. I decided to try the variety Clif Maple Nut, because although I am usually butter peanut and/or chocolate flavors, I wanted to branch out and try something different.

NUTRITION FACTS
Serving size: 1 bar (68 g)
Calories: 240
Total Fat: 5 grams, 8%
Saturated fat: 1 gram, 4%
Sodium: 220 mg, 9%
Carbohydrates: 42 grams
Fiber: 5 grams, 20%
Sugars: 20 grams
Protein: 10 g

The thing that I simultaneously love and hate on bars ClIf is they are so large and soft. They taste delicious (way more dessert bars nutrient), but they are also higher in protein and unfortunately, higher in sugar, as in many other nutritional bars YH ' I decided to treat as a dessert, albeit a redemptive nutritional value, so that's what I'm doing ici.Cette bar is fantastique.Il has a rich, soft taste; the Maple flavour makes it taste like a dense, sweet, cake without being too doux.Les hazelnut flavors balanced sweet Maple perfectly.

Clif Maple Nut Bar

Clif Maple Nut BarAfter having read Emily's Clif Lemon Vanilla & Cashew Nectar Bar Review, I knew that the next time I topping up my nutrition bar stash, I will include a pair of Clif bars. I decided to try Clif Maple Nut variety, because while I am normally for peanut butter and/or chocolate flavors, I wanted to branch out and try something else.

NUTRITION FACTS
Serving size: 1 bar (68 grams)
Calories: 240
Total fat: 5 grams, 8%
Saturated fat: 1 gram, 4%
Sodium: 220 mg, 9%
Carbohydrate: 42 grams
Fiber: 5 gram, 20%
Sugar: 20 gram
Protein: 10 grams

Things I love and hate at the same time on Clif bars is that they are so great and chewy. They taste delicious (way resembles the dessert more than nutrition bars), but they are also higher in protein and, unfortunately, higher in sugar than many other nutrition bars. I have decided to treat them as a dessert, albeit one with some redeeming nutritional value, so it is what I am doing here. this Panel is fantastic. It tastes rich and chewy; Maple flavor makes it taste like a rack-dense, sweet cake without being overly sweet. Nutty Kerneaftrykkene balance the sweet Maple perfect.

Ingredients list is all natural and 70% organically. I bought a Clif Maple Nut bar for $ 1.89, and it was well worth it. This is not something I would buy if I was on a strict diet seems to loose weight, since it has too much sugar and too many calories, but when I active-such as running long distances or cycling, I will definitely use this fuel to me.
